EddieSPARROWThe family would like to thank all doctors, nurses and staff of Dorothea Ward and Adam Bede Ward for all their kindness, warmth and care shown to Eddie during his illness. Special thanks to Marion, Sheila and staff of Macmillan and the Hospice at Home Team, who were instrumental in putting a most caring package together to allow Eddie to come home to his family. Many thanks for all flowers, cards and donations to the Oncology Unit at George Eliot Hospital. Thank you to Derek Hams for a lovely service and to all that cared for Eddie. Finally to Carole and staff at Devall & Son Funeral Directors for their professional help and guidance, care and kindness they gave to Eddie, myself and the family.
